Don’t worry, I’m not going to try my hand at beauty blogging, that would be laughable as there are 17 year olds who have more knowledge about makeup than 30 something year old me. Plus have you seen my eyebrows? I’ve not shaped them in 2017. I do wear makeup, I’ve just never felt ‘grown up’ enough to get to the bottom of makeup. But yes, today’s photo of the day is about makeup. More to the point, it’s a celebration of all things FENTY. This new make up line from the one and only Bad Girl Ri Ri is revolutionary and I couldn’t help but buy some! 40 different shades of foundation?! Shades with warm, cool and neutral tones to compliment all skin tones. I had to get in there!
My make up go-to has always been MAC and I shared my go-to MAC products for a 10 minute makeup routine in the past. My new FENTY products are so easy to apply and may just overtake MAC as my products of choice for quick make up application. I hardly wear makeup, but when I do, I don’t want it to take long! Serious short attention span. Oh yes, the foundation does look too light, this is what happens when you buy online at three am in the morning during a breastfeeding session. You mess up! This colour is more suitable for my mum, so I’ll gift it to her and buy myself another, darker FENTY shade later.
Girl! You all are seriously tempting me right now! I’m like you, a MAC girl with a 5 -10-minute makeup routine (on weekends when I’m going out!) so this sounds really appealing to me! I’ll have to look at the pricing though that’ll be the make or break for me! It really does look beautiful! x
