I know, I know, I’ve already used this photo as part of this post earlier on in the week on family ties. Forgive me! It’s just so sweet. This image sums up a wonderful day for me and had to be used as my photo of the day. Watching these cousins play is just too sweet!
Bob is one now and her cousin is four months younger. Already, it’s getting harder to tell the age gap. It’s only when they’re on the move and one is running whilst the other is crawling in fast succession that it becomes more obvious!
Over the weekend the three girls (Princess was a great play mate too for her cousins!) played whilst the adults chatted over a hot BBQ. In this moment, the youngest were in deep conversation whilst peering into the inner depths of the toy car. It was as if there was a problem with the car and the two of them were trying hard to cooperate in order to fix it.
Ah to be a baby again! I hope the cousins all stay really close as they get older!

A friend of mine once said: tell children that someone is their cousin and they will love them forever. So far I’ve found this to be true. Your pair of cousins look so cute.
This is such a lovely saying! Not sure how I’ve gone all these years without hearing it and putting it into practice!
