OMG! So week one is done… kind of! Waking up at 4:30am is harder than I’d thought and there were a few mornings that no amount of cursing or bribing could make me leave the warm coziness of my duvet an hour earlier than normal, especially to go downstairs and break a sweat! What’s good is once I’m downstairs, kitted up and pressing play, it’s all on baby! I’m absolutely loving the work outs from Sean T and his Insanity crew.
The work outs are just over 40mins in length including the warm up and cool down section but the sessions are intense and feel like they last over an hour!
Granted, there are a few moves that are way beyond my physical abilities at the moment but I don’t let that get to me, when they try to get me doing something I can’t do I normally drop to the floor and replace the exercise with some sit ups and press ups so the time isn’t wasted. The ache in my arms, legs and back seems to mean the work out programme is working it’s magic! The sweat and exhaustion is also testament to it!
