>Vlog- Race for Life & Couch to 5K Training!

>

Hello !!

OK so after a year of blogging I’ve finally taken the leap and decided to delve into the deep and murky waters of video blogging!
Here’s a lil’ old video of me talking about my journey into a healthier lifestyle with embraces fitness and how the couch to 5K program is helping me to get there! Hope you like it!

So what do you think? You can be brutally honest if you think I should never vlog again, though I can’t promise I’ll actually listen ha! Have you tried the couch to 5K? Are you running the Race for Life this year!?!

I’d be really grateful for any running / fitness tips you may have!

    >I ran the 5K Race for Life last year and loved it. I have just started running again with two of my daughters. They have a playlist of 1 minute tracks on their ipods. We run for 1 min then walk for 1min using the soundtrack as a guide. I don't have an ipod so I just have to follow their lead. We run along a canal tow path which is really beautiful and makes it such a pleasure.

    >you go girl!! I'm right there with you – love the vlog, don't forget to smile :))) and I hear you about just wanting to be healthy and having your kid see you getting out there. And don't worry, we all have bad runs, it just happens. But get back out there. Loved hearing your voice! Missing my British mummies and their accents xx
